How long do I have to send something back?

You can request a return up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn and still has its original tags. The full conditions are in our Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

Email info@simphoria.com with your order number, the item(s) and the reason. Once the return is approved, we send the instructions and the return address.

When will my order arrive?

We prepare orders in 1–2 business days, and delivery after dispatch takes about 6–8 business days. Please allow 7–10 business days in total from the day you order.
